About me

Architectureis not aservice list.

I design cloud architecture around the decisions that matter.

I’m Bhaskar Verma, a Cloud Solutions Architect with 10+ years across infrastructure and cloud. I translate business constraints into practical Azure and AWS designs that teams can implement, secure, recover, govern, and operate.

My work usually starts before the diagram: understanding what the workload needs, where the risk sits, what the business can accept, and who will own the platform after it goes live. The architecture follows from those decisions.

Turn complex requirements into architecture people can use.

01

Translate the problem

Connect business goals, workload dependencies, compliance needs, migration risk, and operational constraints before choosing the platform pattern.

REQUIREMENTS → ARCHITECTURE
02

Design for the real world

Bring security, resilience, networking, governance, operations, and cost into the design early—so the architecture survives contact with production.

DESIGN → OPERATE
03

Make the reasoning clear

Document why a pattern fits, what trade-offs it introduces, what can break, and what should be validated before implementation.

DECISION → EVIDENCE

I work where cloud disciplines start affecting each other.

Most of these disciplines overlap. Migration changes networking and identity. Resilience changes cost and operations. Governance changes how teams deploy. I focus on the decisions between those boundaries.

WHY THIS SITE EXISTS

The diagram is the output.
The decisions are the architecture.

Cloud Dive is not a certification guide or a collection of reference diagrams. It is where I unpack the decisions, constraints, and trade-offs that shape production architecture—then connect them to failure modes, validation, operations, and cost.
